I just bought one of your trumpets on ebay. I have been playing trumpet for 47 years & have owned and/or played 100s of trumpets. I currently own 35, including 2 Harrelson custom conversions. Your trumpet puts ALL OF THEM TO SHAME!!!! It is without a doubt, one of the best trumpets I have ever played!!! Congratulations on a job well done!

I'm a new convert to Jaeger trumpets from Ivan Hunter in New York. Possibly the best trumpet I've ever played and the price is nothing short of astounding.

I played his horns at the last two ITG conferences. The horns are just what is advertised. I would recommend these trumpets to anyone from a serious beginner to a pro player. The horns do play that well. They might be the best bang for your money in the trumpet world. They are certainly better than any of the watered down facsimiles of the “name” horns out there now.

This trumpet is fantastic and made even better since I changed to a bigger mouthpiece. It has opened the horn up and given me a much fuller sound - and that is really saying something on a horn this good!

I was very impressed by the instrument Ivan chose for our recent concerts, and I made a point of asking him about it. The varieties of tone color he had at his command, ranging from a noble, powerful forte to very mellow piano and pianissimo were remarkable. The instrument (mind you, in his highly capable hands!) also seemed to give him many options of attack - ranging from gentle, when he wanted a "laid-back" sound, to immediate when the music called for authority. Low notes spoke very well, a feature probably appreciated more by conductors than players, and his high notes in Vaughan Williams "Wasps" Overture still ring in my memory - they were thrilling.
